Bookings must be a minimum two hours for fashion and editorial shoots, and minimum one hour for all other types of shoots held in Sydney metro or during tours.
-
Booking timings include travel between venues (i.e. moving from first to second location), hair and make-up work done by HMUA, meal/drink breaks, toilet breaks, wardrobe change, make-up retouching breaks, clean-up and pack up time. Please consider these when you confirm the time and duration for your booking.
-
Please advise if you would like to be issued an invoice.
-
Unless otherwise agreed upon, you (as the photographer) are responsible for organising a suitable shoot location, including a back-up plan in case of inclement weather or unsuitable conditions (high humidity / temperature) for shoots originally planned outdoors. NOTE: I generally prefer colder temps during shoots, and yes I can (and enjoy) shooting outdoors in cold weather.
-
All planning / discussions about the shoot must be in writing, preferably by email or SMS.
-
Please advise at least than two weeks before the shoot (more notice preferred) any requests for wardrobe and accessories. I will try my best to accommodate these requests and will advise as soon as practicable whether I am able to bring particular wardrobe or accessories, otherwise these should be provided by you. Please confirm with me clothing size as sizing can vary depending on brand.
-
I am able to do my own hair and make-up. I generally do "no make-up" look which enhances my natural look. Please advise if there is a particular look that you would like me to shoot in. If a HMUA needs to be engaged, this will be at your cost.
-
Prior discussion and agreement is required if you plan to put any substance on my skin for the shoot (e.g. oil, liquids, etc) or if I will get fairly wet. There must be an area for me to properly clean-up after the shoot.
-
Posing with other models must be discussed and my consent should be obtained prior.
-
If more than one photographer will be shooting, please discuss this prior so I can adjust the booking fee.
-
-
During tours, I will advise where my accommodation will be. If location for shoots is more than an hour travel time from my location, additional travel costs will apply. I appreciate being picked up and dropped off back at my accommodation if the location is a considerable distance from my accommodation. In this instance, the booking does not commence until we arrive at the shoot location.
-
I reserve the right to request an image be deleted and taken down if it portrays me in a way that does not conform with my branding / image.
-
Where possible, Model Release Forms should be provided in advance so I have sufficient time to review and discuss any amendments if needed. If a Model Release Form is provided during the booking, the time to review, amend (if needed) and sign the form counts towards your booked time with me.
-
As one of a few touring art models who also does explicit work, I generally agree to have my images on on adult sites. For erotica and kink/fetish shoots, the Model Release Form should be provided to me well in advance to allow ample time for me to review the terms and quote the appropriate rates. Videos attract a different rate - please discuss when making a booking.
-
Unless consent is obtained prior, you are not allowed to touch me during shoots, including during erotica and kink/fetish shoots.
-
Please make sure to keep communication lines open particularly in the lead up to the shoot.
-
Under The Creator package, I do not expect to receive copies of images.
